The Repair Process
Our repair process is designed to make your life easier and involves three simple steps. These include the following:

- After you print out the checkout form, you put it in a box with your broken glasses and ship your eyewear to us.
Once we receive your glasses, we will call you and verify your order. Then, we repair your glasses within five days after they arrive and mail them directly back to you.
