Order Your Repair

Our Terms and Conditions

100-Day Guarantee

At Eyeglass Repair USA, we take pride in our work and are committed to delivering top-quality craftsmanship. All eyeglass repairs are guaranteed for 100 days. If your repair fails within this period, return it and we’ll fix it again at no charge (just $7 for return shipping), or refund your original repair fee minus $7.

Your Order

By submitting your order, you confirm that the repair details are accurate to the best of your knowledge. We will attempt to accommodate order errors, but make no guarantee.
If a frame is deemed unrepairable, it will be returned unrepaired for a $7 Shipping & Handling fee, and the remaining repair cost will be refunded.

Sending Us Your Frames

Shipping your frame to us is your responsibility. Eyeglass Repair USA is not liable for damage or loss during inbound transit.

  • Include a copy of your invoice in the package.
  • We are not responsible for lost cases, cloths, or lenses.
  • We photograph frames upon arrival and departure to document their condition.
  • All return shipping is via USPS in a secure, sturdy box.

Domestic Return Shipping

We use USPS for return shipping and provide tracking via email. Delivery estimates may vary.

  • Each pair of glasses is inspected and securely packaged before return.
  • We recommend insuring your package both ways in case of loss or damage.

Return Shipping Time

We offer FREE USPS First Class Mail return shipping (2–5 days). You may upgrade to:

  • Priority Mail: $7 (2–3 days)
  • Priority Express Mail: $39.95 (1–3 days)

Transit times are only estimates. Contact USPS if delays occur.

Return Shipping Notifications

You’ll receive several emails once return shipping labels are created. This does not mean USPS has the package yet.

  • Orders are usually labeled, repaired, and shipped within 1–3 days.

Additional Charges

Some repairs may require additional work. We will always contact you for approval before adding charges.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

Changes to These Terms

EyeglassRepairUSA.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates your agreement with any updates.
