We’ve performed several thousand eyeglass repairs since 2002 (when we started our business). We expect that you’ll be more than satisfied when your frame returns home looking like new. We treat your glasses with the same care and skill as a cherished piece of jewelry. The repair is guaranteed for 100 days.
If the repair break within that time, simply return the frame to us and we’ll fix it again at no charge to you (except the cost of shipping). Alternatively, we’ll refund your original repair fee.
How long will it take to repair your eyeglasses?
Frames will arrive at our shop in 1-5 days via Priority Mail. Following are estimated shipping times for Priority Mail to our location provided by the United States Postal Service.
- North East: 2-4 days
- South East: 2-4 days
- Southwest: 1-3 days
- Midwest: 1-3 days
- West: 1-2 days
- Alaska: 2-4 days
- Hawaii: 2-4 days
The return shipment takes from 1-4 days (see shipping times above).
