How long will my mail-in repair take? After completing your order and sending in your glasses, your eyeglasses will arrive at our shop in 2 business days from the San Francisco Bay Area. Following are estimated shipping times to our location provided by the United States Postal Service. Once your eyeglasses arrive at our shop, we initiate (and usually complete) the repair in 1-5 days. The glasses will then be immediately shipped back to you and will arrive in a similar 2 business day time frame via USPS.
