How long will my mail-in repair take? After completing your order and sending in your glasses, your eyeglasses will arrive at our shop in 2-3 business days from the Chicago area. The estimated shipping times to our location are provided by the United States Postal Service. Once your eyeglasses arrive at our shop, we initiate (and usually complete) the repair in 1-5 days. The glasses will then be immediately shipped back to you and arrive in a similar 2-3 business day time frame via USPS.
