Follow these 3 steps to send your glasses to us:
Step 1 — Complete this checklist
- [ ] Ensure the break is not a plastic-to-plastic break; otherwise, they will be returned at your expense.
- [ ] Securely wrap your eyeglasses in a well-padded package for shipping.
- [ ] Wrap other small items in tissue paper and include them in the same package as your eyeglasses.
- [ ] On the package, write your return address AND our address. Our address is: Eyeglass Repair USA, PO Box 2449, Yelm, WA 98597
Step 2 — Print your Invoice & place it inside your package
Please print your PDF Invoice and include it in your package—this helps us identify your glasses when we receive them.
Your PDF Invoice is attached to the Order Receipt email we sent you when you placed your order with us. If you are unable to find the PDF Invoice, please email us and we’ll resend it to you.
Step 3 — Send us your Package
Send your final package to our address: Eyeglass Repair USA, PO Box 2449, Yelm, WA 98597
IMPORTANT NOTE: You’ll need to cover the shipping cost when sending your glasses to us, so there’s no need to wait for a shipping label. The good news is, once your repair is complete, we’ll take care of the return shipping and send your glasses back to you at no cost.
Then what happens?
We repair your glasses!
Once we receive your package, we will inspect your glasses to confirm they are suitable for repair.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order moves to In Repair status, letting you know your glasses are now with our technician being repaired.
