Our Terms and conditions

Our 100-Day Guarantee:

At Eyeglass Repair USA we take pride in our work. It is important to us that you receive the best possible workmanship. All of our repairs on eyeglasses  are guaranteed for 100 days.
If our repair should break within 100 days of the repair date, simply return it to us and we will either fix your frame again at no charge to you (just $7 for Priority Mail return shipping)
or we’ll refund your original fee minus $7 return shipping costs.

 

Your order:

By placing and verifying your order, you agree that the repair that you have ordered to be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. To the best of our ability, Eyeglassrepairusa.com will attempt to accommodate user made errors by contacting you with a revised repair order but will make no guarantee of such.

If Eyeglassrepairusa.com determines that the frame cannot be repaired the frame will be shipped back without repair for a fee of $7  for Shipping & Handling costs.

The rest of the amount paid for the repair will be refunded via the original payment method.

 

Your Own Frames:

All shipping and packaging of your frame and lenses to Eyeglass Repair USA is your sole responsibility and Eyeglass Repair USA bares no responsibility for damaged or lost packages destined for Eyeglass Repair USA.
You will be notified immediately if a problem should ever arises.
When sending in your frames and lenses please include a copy of the invoice in your package.
Eyeglass Repair USA is not responsible for any lost cases, cloths, and lenses associated with your package to us.
Eyeglass Repair USA is not responsible for the condition of your lenses .
Eyeglass Repair USA will in our best attempt return you the items, but makes no such guarantee.
Eyeglass Repair USA takes photos of your frame from arrival to departure to document the condition of the frame before and after repair.
Any repair order completed by Eyeglass Repair USA will be shipped back via USPS in a sturdy box well packaged to ensure the repaired frame arrives undamaged.

Prior to return shipping, each pair of eyeglasses is thoroughly inspected by our technicians to ensure proper alignment and functionality of the frame.

 

Domestic  Return Shipping:

Eyeglass Repair USA uses the United States Parcel Service (USPS) as our main shipping partners.
Prior to the return shipment an e-mail will be sent to you containing the tracking number.
You can track the progress of your package anytime at www.usps.com.
All return shipping time provided is only an estimate and transit time may differ during peak season.
Prior to return shipment your repaired eyeglass frame is examined by one of our repair technicians and properly packaged.
Eyeglass Repair USA is not responsible for lost or damaged package during transit.
Eyeglass Repair USA will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such.

We recommend to insure your package both ways in case of an unforeseen loss.

 

Return Shipping Time:

We usually ship the repaired eyeglasses back  FREE via USPS First Class Mail. Most package will arrive at their destination in the continental USA with 2-5 days.
If you prefer faster shipping you can opt for Priority Mail ($7 -2-3 days)  or Priority Express Mail ( $39.95  1-3 days) .
All Return Shipping time provided are an estimate and does not constitute as actual time, please use this only as a reference.
Eyeglass Repair USA is not responsible for transit time. Transit time may vary depending on a variety of factors such as weather and holiday seasons.
Please contact the carrier if your package is experiencing a delay.
If there are any delays or conditions that will increase return shipping time, Eyeglass Repair USA will in our best attempt notify you.

Return Shipping Notifications:

When the arriving repair orders are examined and return shipping labels are created, you will receive several e-mail confirmations.
This does not indicate that USPS has possession of the package.
In most cases, orders are first repackaged and labeled, then repaired in the service center, and then within 1-3 days return shipped.

 

Additional Charges:

There may be additional charges for unforeseen additional repairs.
Eyeglass Repair USA will notify you of any additional charges and ask you to confirm before processing your order.

 

Your account:

If you decide to use our website, you are responsible for safekeeping of your account information and password and restricting the entry to your computer and you also approve to respond all the activities with your account and password.

 

Changes to These Terms:

Eyeglassrepairusa.com reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Site Terms, or any policy of the site, from time to time at any time and in its sole discretion. If Eyeglassrepairusa.com decides to change these Site Terms or Site policies, it will post a new version on the site and update the effective date set forth above. Any changes or modifications to these Site Terms will be effective upon posting of the revisions.
