Folding Bridge

weld the broken LOWER bridge back to the lens frame left or right and add more alloy in that joint to make the lower bridge stiffer. The strong lower bridge  allows the upper lens clip bridge to fold and function as a clamp to fasten the lenses.
Depending on the style of that frame the repair can vary.
After repair the function of that lens clamp/clip has been restored.
