From hinge rebuild to bridge repair to temple weld to nose pad re-attach and replacement, we can do everything. The repair will be clean, safe, and nearly invisible to the naked eyes.
Laser repair is 50x stronger than a solder repair, and because the laser weld is a cold-welding technique, you will not see any damage to the surrounding plastic part. The repair is often done within a day. We offer Free Return Shipping.
Refurbish and alignment
- We are using 18karat gold alloy laser wire to perform this repair.
- Retrofit all 6 trim screw assemblies with a stronger, longer threaded bolt and new nuts and washers.
- Rebuild the worn down drill holes in the lens with a special clear plastic cement.
- Laser weld both nosepad arms for added strength.
- Replace nosepads.
- Various 18karat gold laser welds in areas of the frame parts that were corroded or started corroding.
- We will align the lens frame again and strengthen it where needed
- Straighten out the lens and temple angles
