What the warranty does NOT cover: Accidental damage, scratches, impacts, drops, or normal wear. Versace’s signature Medusa head and Greca accent pieces are decorative metal elements that are prone to impact damage — none of which is covered.

Discontinued styles: Luxottica stops stocking replacement parts for retired models. If your Versace frames have been discontinued, warranty claims typically result in a discount on a new pair rather than repair.
